By booking an appointment you accept the conditions described below. They are designed to guarantee the best possible care and efficient organisation of our services.

When we're open.

Training commitments and flexible scheduling may sometimes mean reduced opening hours. Please check the appointments section for current availability.

Cancellation policy

Advance cancellation. Appointments can be cancelled without penalty if you notify us before 7 p.m. the day before.

Late cancellation. If you cancel after 7 p.m. the day before, a €15.00 administration fee will apply.

No-show. If you do not attend the appointment without notice, 100% of the standard session will be charged (€50.00).

To cancel, contact us by SMS or WhatsApp at +34 661 067 557 or by email at info@mereuclinics.com. Indicate your full name, date and time of the appointment.

Changes by the clinic

The clinic may change or cancel an appointment due to force majeure or clinical needs. We will try to offer an alternative and, if this is not possible, refund any advance payment for the service not provided.

Privacy policy

Contact details are used to manage and confirm the appointment. Identification is optional in online booking and this process does not use artificial intelligence.
