I trained in Physiotherapy in 2006 at the Università degli Studi di Milano and continued to broaden my perspective through Osteopathy, Global Postural Re-education and methods such as Bobath, Kabat, Perfetti and Cyriax. I explored personal development and therapeutic support through Gestalt therapy at the School of Psychotherapy in Valencia, and deepened my knowledge of holistic disciplines such as acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I have studied Louise L. Hay's work on illness and psychosomatics, Bach flower remedies, Mindfulness meditation and practices used by ancient tribal peoples at the Institute of Shamanic Studies. I continue to train in new physiotherapy techniques and keep up to date with developments in the field — while remembering that my patients remain my greatest teachers.

In my daily work, I do my best to help each patient find the right therapy for their problem, feel at ease and achieve the best possible outcome. We are not just bodies: we are also mind, soul and heart, and every part of us needs care.
